NUMBER OF MICHELIN-STARRED RESTAURANTS RISES
The MICHELIN Guide has announced the 2024 restaurant selection for the MICHELIN Guide Vancouver. A new MICHELIN-Starred restaurant, one new Bib Gourmand and two new Recommended restaurants joined this year’s selection. Sushi Masuda joined the exclusive list of MICHELIN-Starred restaurants – taking the total number of MICHELIN-starred restaurants from nine to ten – with Gary’s recognised with a Bib Gourmand. The full selection, including Recommended eateries, totals 76 restaurants with 23 cuisine types represented.
