If you’ve ever taken pictures of people, you’ve likely heard some variation of the following sentence: “I don’t know what to do with my hands/body/face.” While professional models know their best angles and how to look as intended in most situations, you are not likely to exclusively photograph professional models in your life. Whether it’s taking pictures for friends, a family member, senior portraits, or any other situation, it helps for you to have a basic understanding of posing as a portrait photographer.
