Winning GTTP students presented research findings on how to build a resilient workforce for a sustainable future in Travel & Tourism at the annual Student Travel Research Conference, which this year was held at the Holiday Inn, Dubai, UAE.

During the COP28 climate conference, Radisson Hotel Group ensures that every guest night between 30 November and 12 December 2023, in its entire UAE portfolio of 16 hotels, becomes Net Zero. This remarkable achievement is made possible through a two-fold approach: Renewable Energy certificates and Certified Carbon Credits.

The first CARICOM summit in Riyadh included 14 heads of government from the Caribbean, who met with the Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister HRH Mohammed Bin Salman Al Saud and his cabinet ministers as well as leading private sector leaders. Caribbean & Saudi Arabia made history at the first CARICOM meeting in the Kingdom. Caribbean nations’ main export is tourism, and Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 is to transform the Kingdom from oil dependency. Tourism plays a major role, and hosting World EXPO 2030 in Riyadh is high on the wish list, and the support by Caribbean nations were welcomed in support of Riyadh as a venue.
