Located in Limassol, City of Dreams Mediterranean is Europe’s first integrated resort and largest casino. It features a 14 storey luxury hotel, with 500 guest rooms and suites, approximately 8,000m² of MICE space, an outdoor amphitheatre, a family adventure park, sports facilities, and a variety of fine-dining and luxury retail outlets.

 As you approach, the distinctive ziggurat shape of the hotel thrusts skywards from the plain just outside Limassol. The resort’s design harmonizes contemporary architecture with subtle nods to Cyprus’ rich history and culture. The impressive façade features sleek glass panels, warm stone accents, and lush landscaping.

The resort’s design ensures that natural light and open spaces maintain the sense of grandeur. Outside is the largest resort pool complex in Cyprus, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. There’s also an adventure park featuring an 18 hole miniature golf course, a zip line coaster and a climbing wall.  New is a tennis academy with 12 courts.

 Accommodation

The 14 floors offer a total of 476 rooms and 24 suites, ranging from 49 to 580m². Décor is modern Mediterranean, featuring neutral tones, natural materials, and swathes of colour that mirror the surrounding landscape.

All rooms are equipped with smart TV, mini bar, Nespresso coffee machine, high quality bedding and rain shower. Many boast private balconies or terraces, offering stunning vistas of the Mediterranean, the Troodos Mountains, or the resort’s meticulously landscaped gardens.

We stayed in a Junior Suite on the 11^th floor. It featured an oversized balcony with coaches, sun lounger and table and chairs with scenic sea views. Wooden floors and a separate lounge area with settee and table next to the huge bed added to the sense of space. The complimentary mini bar was refiiled with snacks, soft drinks and beers every day

A walk-in wardrobe with vanity table and mirror led to the large bathroom. This included a separate shower and oversized deep bathtub as well as his and hers basins. There was a twice daily housekeeping service, including nightly turndown.

Food and Drink

Eight world class restaurants and bars, from Pan Asian, through Middle Eastern, to European contemporary and authentic Mediterranean cuisine.

Aura: with all day dining, Aura serves up dishes inspired by the region’s rich culinary traditions with an open kitchen and interactive cooking stations. From healthy options to Middle Eastern delights, it also offers a sumptuous breakfast buffet.

Anaïs: capturing the essence of French gastronomy, Europe’s first French Gastro Club, offers an authentic taste of the country’s culinary heritage. Using fresh seafood and quality meats, Anaïs takes pride in showcasing a selection of French classics. In the evening, dine to soothing beats spun by popular DJ’s.

 Prime Steakhouse: Take a journey around the finest meat-producing countries of the world, focusing on flavour, texture, quality and tenderness. Grilled selections are cooked to perfection over charcoal in ther signature Mibrasa oven, while the heritage prime selected beef cuts are seasoned with their very own homemade seasoning blend.

Amber Dragon: This upscale Pan-Asian restaurant offers a sophisticated dining experience, blending traditional and modern flavours. There’s an extensive sushi bar, where everything is created in front of you. A sizzling combination of Chinese and Japanese delicacies include wood-fired Peking duck and an array of dim sum.

The Lounge: perfect for light bites, afternoon tea, or evening cocktails,

 Aqua Bar: Aqua Bar offers refreshing artisanal cocktails, a variety of ice-cold local and international beers and non-alcoholic drinks. When the night falls and the music turns up, enjoy fabulous evenings by the pool.

Facilities

The largest casino in Europe has gaming area larger than a football pitch with 100 tables and 1,000 state-of-the-art slot machines. Mice facilities include an unparalleled range of venues spanning over 8,000m², including the island’s largest expo centre, a transformable Grand Ballroom, an outdoor Event Lawn and dedicated business spaces in the Meeting Rooms.

On the ground floor is a 1,700m² luxury retail promenade inspired by the streetscape of the old town of Nicosia. At a lower level is the 1,600m² Renu Spa which offers a wide list of treatments and therapies along with a state-of-the-art health club with saunas, steam room and Jacuzzi, and a welcoming indoor pool. There’s also a fully-equipped fitness centre.

Outside is the island’s largest pool complex with outdoor, as well as indoor heated pools. The Grand Pool is for morning laps, while children get their very own Kids’ Pool featuring three amazing slides. Relax in one of the four secluded private cabanas or visit the pool bar and enjoy refreshing selections to quench your thirst.

Alternatively, the heated Relaxing Pool with three Jacuzzi sunbeds is your place to unwind. You can even hit the beach at the Beach Pool, a fantastic sensation of sandy beach, right at your feet. Swim all year-round in a more tranquil environment in the heated indoor pool.

Aqua thrill seekers can also enjoy the resort’s exclusive Waverider, where children and adults alike can experience bodyboarding or surfing action.  The dedicated kids’ club ensures that younger guests are entertained with supervised activities, allowing parents to relax and enjoy the resort’s other offerings.

It’s worth venturing out to discover Cyprus’s hidden gems with shuttles to the vibrant old town of Limassol nearby. The resort offers complimentary excursions including winery tours, hiking in the Troodos Mountains and visits to the Kourion archaeological site, Kolossi Castle and the Holy Cross Monastery.

The City of Dreams is easily accessible from Larnaca International Airport and Paphos International Airport via a 45-minute drive or private shuttle.

The resort offers unparalleled leisure facilities, as well as world-class amenities all under one roof. Fine dining, a huge pool complex, and an adventure park mean you’ll always be busy. Then chill out in the luxurious spa, or enjoy the views from your terrace. And don’t forget a little flutter in the casino.
