Il Bocconcino, headed up by Niki Pavanelli, at Royal Hideaway Corales Resort, Tenerife has won its first Michelin Star.
Inspired by his hometown of Bologna, Chef Niki Pavanelli creates traditional Italian dishes with a ‘progressive’ twist. Establishing his own style by incorporating local Canarian produce, Chef Niki brings his culinary heritage to the destination.
